The massage was super relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Massage was ok but the payment at the end really threw me off. I left a 25% tip while the front desk told me it's not enough until it's at least 40%+, and straight up demanded me to pay extra with a horribly cold attitude. The experience will prevent me from coming back after.

This was one of the most unpleasant customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. As shown in the photo below they forcing ppl to tip. I looked at the prices and i realized the 30 min massages is for $35 with no mandatory tipping I choose that option. I then went in the room waited 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to massage me. The lady front desk came and ask if it’s ok for the male to massage me to which I responded no I rather a female she said ok left me there to wait again and still sent a male to massage me. The massage wasn’t a full 30 min massage. Once the massage was done the wanted to tip $20 and was arguing with me saying it’s on the wall which it wasn’t. There was no mandatory tipping suggestion for the $35 30 min massage. My suggestion to anyone who considers going here to stay away because they some scammers

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They must rely on tips to pay workers because Tip is mandatory and based on the time you book. I’ve always tipped where ever I go but to be mandated to tip along with your already charged service is ridiculous. On top of that, I tipped and was still asked for more and was threaten to pull up the camera where they allegedly told me I have to tip $10 for a 30 min massage. I felt so embarrassed and will never return. Shame on the owner, lady in the front.

Bad experience- don’t be fooled by the nice ambience. the massage was too aggressive / strong, and just not a good massage. The massage therapist was polite, but i don’t think she has professional training. It was more of a painful experience than a relaxation. I thought I just got unlucky with my massage therapist, but I was really upset when they tried to charge me at least $10 tip for 30 min $30 massage, which is 30% tip for a very bad massage. This place has a lot of 5 stars as it has $5 discount if you leave 5 star rating on Google maps.
