I highly recommend Dr. Li as an exceptional retina specialist. From my first appointment, Dr. Lee demonstrated incredible professionalism and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the treatment options available making me feel at ease throughout the process. There’re genuine care for patients is evident as they actively listen and address all concerns thanks to their particular approach and treatment plan I’ve had a complete understanding of my vision situation. The entire staff is also commendable, providing a welcoming and supportive environment I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received.

First time seeing Dr. Li for an emergency visit upon a referral by Dr. Airiani. His office was so kind to have given me a same day appointment. The office was super clean and his assistants were all very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Li himself was incredibly kind and caring. His exam was very thorough and I felt completely at ease after the visit. Thank you, Dr. Li, for taking me in today. I really appreciate it!

Went to see Dr. Li for a retinal tear and had emergency laser surgery on the spot to get it taken care of. The doctor and his staff were professional and personable and effective. Much gratitude to Dr. Li and his team.

Last year, I was diagnosed with symptoms of Macular Degeneration. Fortunately, I met Dr. Li. Under his attentive and compassionate care, I recovered without going through surgery! His advice and suggestions were extremely helpful as I recovered in less a year. Dr. Li is truly extraordinary and one of the most experienced doctors I've met. You will be in great hands under Dr. Li's care.

First time patient, have had multiple visits and each experience has been a customer service nightmare. Albert Li may be knowledgeable albeit lacking effective communication skills but the front desk staff is sorely lacking. The name of the staff member who made each interaction truly hellacious is not known but she is the heavyset one who seems to engage (this is a severe understatement) the most with patients. She is overtly rude, lacks empathy/patience, doesn't listen, is extremely brusque and doesn't let patients speak. I have witnessed her cutting patients off while they are speaking, being impatient when they are asking questions and seeking information. She is generally very unpleasant. This is deplorable behavior for a doctor's office. I have also witnessed patients in the waiting area complaining about her. The environment in Albert Li's office is unfortunate. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
