This has been my favorite nail salon in the area. I NEVER had any problems with them and I've been a customer for a long time. If you need nail art, better be prepared with a photo to show. Love them so much 🫶 Happy Holidays to all ❤️💚❤️🎄

New month means new color! Loving my red nails and design. Thank you Wendy! I love the people here so much! So friendly and they are always smiling.. ❤️❤️ One thing also is that the place is very clean and I always see them cleaning and sanitizing their tools. Great job! Even my labubu loves coming to this place.

Visit started off great. The lady who I believe is the owner/manager walked me through the options and helped me choose a shade. My pedicure was done by a Hispanic tech (I think her name was Maria?). She did a great job. For my hands, I got an SNS tip set, which was done by who I think is either the owner or manager. She was nice, but since she was managing everything: checking in walk-ins, answering phone calls, and handling payments. I felt my appointment took longer than necessary. (I arrived at 5:30 and I was done around 7:40) She also accidentally cut my cuticle twice and unfortunately it bled. On the positive side, I do like the nail shape and color she recommended. The shoulder massage was a nice surprise. I just wish the experience had felt a little more focused. I will give it another fair shot.

The price was nice ($75 for a fill/nail repair with gel) and the nails themselves look great, HOWEVER I’ve never had so much bleeding happen on my cuticles during a nail appointment. I think all but two of my fingers got cut during the cuticle removal? I’ve never had that much attention to my cuticles but the drill bits and files just kept getting used despite the bleeding. I also got moved around 4 times. Idk the nail techs put in the work but I’m not happy with the result and a little worried about infection due to the multiple open wounds on my hands lol! Not coming back.

I am never going back here again and I don’t recommend anyone to go here. The nail tech who gave me a gel mani pedi trimmed off too much cuticle on my toe. Now a week later, my toe is throbbing and is sensitive to the touch. I’m hoping it doesn’t get worse. The quality of the gel they used is terrible too. The nail polish is already chipping off. What a waste of money!!! Update: Clearly the owner doesn’t remember their customers and they’re denying any wrongdoing. Why would I waste my time writing a review for a random nail salon? I’ve attached a text that I sent to my bf to show that I did go to Alice Nail Salon. Beware of this nail salon! You can find better ones in the neighborhood!
