Alison Austin, M.D.

Dr. Austin is one of the kindest, most professional, and sweet pediatricians we've had the opportunity to meet. She treated both our children with such respect and a kind sense of humor and put all of us at ease even though we were there for an emergency situation. Her follow up after the appointment was impeccable. I am so thankful for her services.

Dr. Austin is quite literally the best and I couldn’t recommend her more! Additionally all of the nurses are incredibly friendly, warm and inviting! We are first time parents and have been seeing Dr. Austin for over a year now. She explains things clearly, is patient with our questions and truly shows a genuine interest in how our son is doing. We made the best decision choosing her as our son’s doctor and are looking forward to working with her for many more years!

We took our newborn (2 days old) son to Dr. Austin and were so impressed. We are first time parents and so are a little on the anxious side and have lots of questions. Dr. Austin and her staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all of our concerns both big and small. Most importantly, however, the doctor was so wonderful with our son. She and the nurses have such a great way with babies and we really felt at ease with how they interacted with our baby.

We stayed in the Weill Cornell network since we went to this office for our pregnancy and had a great experience there. So far, we've only had our first visit with Dr. Austin but we are looking to have just as good of an experience. She was very attentive and great with the baby. She was patient and answered all of our questions and in turn asked us about our own well being as new parents. As always, the office staff is great, as well as all the nurses. I've already recommended her to fellow new moms and look forward to our continued relationship.

Staff was very welcoming. Clinic was new and clean. Receptionist was kind and efficient. Very short wait time. Comfortable waiting area with plenty of seating. Nursing staff was gentle and friendly. Really liked Dr. Austin. I felt she allowed me to ask many questions and answered them appropriately. Did not feel rushed. Dr. Austin gave us a great follow up plan for my newborn and called me later that afternoon to follow up with results. I am thoroughly happy with the first newborn visit. Will recommend to parents.
