Today, my mother visited a this business at All City Insurance Services Inc 4421 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11220 to make copies, and unfortunately, the employee ( lady ) assisting her was very rude and disrespectful toward her as an elderly customer. A word of advice: if customer service is part of your job, it’s important to treat every person with patience and respect. Kindness should always start with you. 😔🤨

It seems like a scam, and be wary of fake reviews. I had a conversation with someone there; what they told me didn't sound correct, so I asked for the person's name. I was told that they don't give out names; I said no problem, can I have a reference number for this conversation? I was told that they don't give reference numbers. I said okay... so how can I follow up on the information that you gave me *hangs up on me*.
