Dr Hsu and his practice are professional and friendly. Unfortunately Dr Hsu has a booked schedule but he's worth seeing great dentist.

Dr Hsu treated a problem that I was having due to my years of poor dental care. I am scared of going to the dentist so I avoided it for years. I was recommended by a friend who had a good experience. The office was clean and welcoming. The dental hygenist was very meticulous in cleaning my teeth and gave lots of advice on keeping it clean. Dr Hsu then discussed the problem that I had and how to treat it. He was very nice and honest and did not push anything on me. He gave me options and did not try to overtreat. I thought about it and did my own research and ultimately went back to have it done. I am now confident in my smile and have peace of mind that my teeth are in better shape. They are a busy office, but worth the wait.

An average local dental practice, the doctor is nice, but gets booked up far in advance. Also plan for a long wait when you arrive for your appointment. I wouldn’t recommend if you have other options. I deducted 2 stars because the admin workers wrote my name wrong on my night guard and never called me for pick up. I called numerous times over several weeks about it, but it was never there. Until after 2 months I tried again and finally someone noticed it, by the time I got to do the fitting my teeth shifted so it didn’t fit anymore. Better organization would improve this practice.

Had an appt at 10 am, waited for 45 mins and they were rooming pts who came after me first. Was due for a cleaning and front desk told me I was doing a different procedure. Very unprofessional and seems like they do whatever just to bill your insurance. They make you wait months for an appt and when you finally do they only do one thing at time and make you come back which will be another month or 2 instead of doing it all at once. When the doctor finally sees you it be a 5 min procedure. Waste of your time, I do not recommend at all!!!!

I'm deeply disappointed with my experience here. Despite arriving punctually for a small dental filling, the entire process took over 4 hours due to the dentist constantly rotating between 4 treatment rooms. This "musical chairs" approach resulted in me waiting 20-30 minutes between each 5-minute procedure segment. While the final dental work was adequate, the complete disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. A simple procedure shouldn't require half a workday. The chaotic multi-room system demonstrates terrible organization and zero respect for appointments. I'll be seeking a more professional dental practice that values patients' time as much as their technical skills.
