Great environment. All the staffs were helpful and friendly . Most importantly , I was able to get my prescription in timely manner , and they were very professional in educating me when and how I should take my medication. Highly recommend !

I picked up my mother’s prescriptions here and when I got home I discovered 15 missing Meloxicam tablets, and 1 missing Aspirin tablet. I returned to the pharmacy expecting the issue to be resolved professionally. Instead, the pharmacist immediately implied that my mother had taken the tablets and forgotten, then insisted that an error was "impossible" because their machine does the counting. After that, she told me to get a new prescription from the doctor. After all of these unpleasant accusations, she finally agreed to go check what she claimed was camera footage of the medications being counted, something that should have been done immediately After about 20 minutes in the back, she returned and claimed the footage showed that all tablets were accurately dispensed on October 23rd, yet she still handed me another 15 Meloxicam tablets "out of a gesture of goodwill because your mother needs them." What?? If their records truly showed the full amount was dispensed, they would not legally be able to dispense more without a new prescription. I asked to see this footage which she refused citing store policy. They also did not replace the missing Aspirin tablet. To understand the sheer pettiness of the treatment I received, the entire dispute was over $0.61 worth of medication in total (manufacturer's cost / the approximate price the pharmacy pays to acquire the medication). The level of disrespect I faced over such a trivial amount is unbelievable. * 15 Meloxicam tablets (Mfg: CIPLA USA - approx. $0.5985) * 1 Aspirin tablet (Mfg: Major Pharmaceuticals - approx. $0.01339) To add insult to injury, before leaving, I purchased a single over-the-counter item. The pharmacist not only failed to offer a basic "thank you," she proceeded to count out the change coin by coin in an exaggerated, patronizing manner, ironically only to realize she herself had miscounted and had to return to the register for a missing nickel in change. The entire interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for a healthcare establishment responsible for accurate dispensing and patient safety. This experience raises serious concerns about the pharmacy’s customer service, accountability, and overall handling of patient medications.

My grandma came to pick up a three month supply of meds and was given a one month supply. After a lot of back and forth, they FINALLY double checked her prescription and did not apologize for their mistake before dispensing the missing quantity. Seems as though they are targeting elders and I’m not surprised to see other reviewers having a similar experience. Will be reporting for pharmaceutical malpractice, please avoid this pharmacy.
