She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but she truly put me at ease. Before my appointment, they sent an in-depth questionnaire that asked about my comfort level and any concerns, which immediately helped ease my anxiety. The front desk staff and the team who helped with imaging were all wonderful. Everyone was kind, patient, and made the entire visit feel calm and welcoming from start to finish. Dr. Yakubov is truly amazing. She is transparent, gentle, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She walked me through a thoughtful plan and clearly explained her recommendations, which made me feel informed and cared for. As someone who has a real fear of the dentist, this experience meant everything to me. This is the best dentist I have ever seen. All it takes is someone who is relatable and empathetic, something many dentists lack, and she truly has that. I highly recommend her, especially if dental anxiety has held you back in the past.
