He has relieved chronic headaches and stress, moved stuck energy and overall is a true healer! He is extremely kind and great at communicating as well. From my initial inquiry to treatment to post-treatment- everything felt welcoming, accessible, and what I needed. Dr. Yang embodies a listening presence and integrates diverse Chinese Medicine modalities like acupuncture, cupping, herbs, sliding fire cups, TENS electroacupuncture, gua sha, tui na bodywork, ba gua, and coaching into a session for the best treatment. Dr. Yang is a knowledgeable and experienced Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and I highly recommend him for addressing any physical and/or emotional symptoms.

My experience at Alpha Acupuncture went better than expected, and I came in with high expectations. Upon arrival to the medical office it was easy to find and right next to the Empire State Building. Upstairs, The office is clean, with the ambiance that is calming and traditional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and you can tell he has years of experience treating a variety of different conditions based on his conversing with him. I loved how gentle he was during my treatment and I had no pain. I left my appointment feeling rejuvenated and with a sense a tranquility. I Highly recommend Dr. Yang.

Dr. Yang is the absolute best. I came to him with a rare back injury (herniated discs in the thoracic spine) which resulted in severe pain when sitting and standing, and within one acupuncture and acupressure session I was already feeling better. I went back for acupuncture and acupressure about 15 more times and not only did my pain stop but it also didn’t return one year later. He was very thorough when doing the initial consultation, and gave me great advice about everyday steps to take to preserve my spine health. I can’t recommend him enough if you have back pain of any sort.
