Alts - Union Square

First time at Alts and my fitter Timber did such an amazing job. The service was very quick and efficient and they knew exactly what I wanted and communicated it really quickly for me. Loved it here would come again!

I had almost 20 items for repair and I was very nervous since most of the items were designer with complicated construction and delicate materials. I feel so fortunate to have been paired with Cristina when I arrived for my appointment. She immediately set me at ease, and it was obvious she truly understands fabric and fit. When I returned, I was so happy when I saw the results that Cristina and Sara (another tailor) achieved, including miraculously making a snag disappear that I had been told by another tailoring studio was unrepairable. Thank you Cristina and Sara!!

Highly recommend Alts! Cristina was able to hem my work trousers expeditiously and perfectly! The studio is beautiful and staff are all very friendly. Will definitely be back!

I had the loveliest experience with Alts in Union Square who squeezed me in last minute to alter my wedding dress. I travelled from Ireland so back to plan. Ben and whole team were really helpful and such a delight to deal with. They really care about what they do and go above and beyond . The studio is also beautiful and carefully kept. 10 | 10 - would recommend.

I found Alts through TikTok when I needed a last-minute sweater repair before an event. I brought it in with a loose thread, and even in the middle of the holiday rush, Luba fixed it quickly and perfectly. There was nnonoticeable damage at all. Really glad I went with them.
