AMA Animal Rescue

I volunteered for the recipe for hope and I had an incredible experience! Everyone was extremely sweet and cooperative with us. They gave us pizza and hot cocoa throughout the sale, and Anna did a great job directing us on how to make sales. They even gave us a tour of the shelter at the end and I got some souvenirs, it was really fun.

I had the most incredible time volunteering at AMA Animal Rescue! The founders, Anna and Maria, are incredibly strong and caring people, and you can feel their passion for giving every animal that comes across their paths the best shot at a happy life! They give all of their animals so much love and attention and their facilities are extremely clean and professional. Definitely donate what ever you can - time, money, supplies, or just sharing their organization with other people who care!

AMA Animal Rescue is an incredible organization! We fostered a Cane Corso through them and ended up adopting her. The team was extremely responsive—always quick to answer our texts and calls—and it’s clear how much they truly care about every dog in their pack. When we went to officially adopt Kona at their facility, we could see how thorough they are in making sure each dog goes to a loving, responsible home. We’re so grateful for their dedication and highly recommend AMA to anyone looking to foster or adopt!

We recently adopted a beautiful dog from the shelter. Having spent a month with him now, it is evident that he was cared for and loved by the shelter during the time that he spent there. The organization had a thorough vetting process to ensure that animals are going to good homes.
