Definitely a hidden gem. Nestled all the way at the end of Austin Street, a must try for those who enjoy Peruvian food.
Food was excellent, price was not high whatsoever for the quality of food.
My party and I started with the beef empanadas and I have to say they were the best empanadas I’ve ever had. The puff pastry was the perfect texture and the filling was just delicious. Clearly made in house and with lots of love.
For our mains, we got the Lomo Salgado and salmon with veggies. The Lomo was excellent, and a nice portion for only $20. The salmon and veggies were also very good.
We finished off with a thick slice of Flan which was a nice palette cleanser.
I’ll for sure be coming back to explore the rest of the menu, I’m sure I’ve only scratched the surface.
Food was DELICIOUS, fresh, and quick. Drinks great. Service over the top. Kari is wonderful, friendly and quick with service. Thank you

Probably the best chicken, rice, and beans I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was quiet but cute, the server was warm and welcoming and the food was ridiculously good. I will absolutely come back.

since moving to forest hills, i’ve been relatively unimpressed with the food / dining options in the neighborhood until eating here. we got the pollo a la brasa combo with rice, beans, plantains, salchipapas and it was the first meal that really made me excited! the food was delicious and well priced. this restaurant is also run by an adorable couple and the wife does the cooking in the back. definitely recommend to anyone considering - we will be back!
