The service tone of the person answering the phone was so bad！

Take a long time to just check the city insurance and not accepted!!! Had no issue using the same city insurance card for prescriptions! Don’t know why this Pharmacy is so HIGH CLASS. Never visit here again!!!

My whole family came to this pharmacy for over 10 yrs+. Their services used to be great and we wouldn't mind coming here despite we live pretty far. We had the PCP doc prescribed the refresh eye drops and their counter representative only gave my mom the refresh and not for my sister. Both of them have the same exact insurance and same plan. I called to inquiry about why is that, the lady on the phone only say, insurance doesn't cover for your sister. I have no idea that the insurance can cover for one person and not another when its literally the same exact insurance company and same exact plan. They only gave a generic brand which isn't working for my sister. They also had a line for 6ft apart, but some other customers comes in and skipped the line, they ignore those that are lining up and helped the one that actually skip thru the line. I understand COVID time is hard for a lot of business and their employees, but this isn't an excuse for the bad services. The lady behind the counter had become quite rude and seemed to be under the mood that gave me an attitude while I wasn't familiar with their policy of those stickers exchange for products. I am super disappointed with their customer services!

Don't ever think about going to this pharmacy!!!!! If I can I really don't want to give this pharmacy 1 star!!!! Right now the clinic only do the e-fax for your prescription, so some of you won't remember what kind of medication your Dr. gave you. So this pharmacy now if you have 4 different medication in your prescription, and they will put 2 or 3 of them on the side and said they never received any of the others. If you said you are going to call back to your clinic, then they will be like "Oh, here is your medication, it was on the other tray" I'm telling this because it happen to me just 2 days ago!!!! My 14 months baby girl got discharge from the hospital on 2 days ago, the hospital send them 3 different types of medication and on the next day I took my baby girl to see the Primary Dr. for the fellow up. And that Primary Dr. send another 4 different types of medication to the same pharmacy. When I went there to get the medication and this stupid pharmacy only gave me 1 medication！！！！ They said they never received any prescription from the hospital, they only received the prescription from the Primary Dr. but when they show me the medication, the name for the Dr. was from the hospital. So I call back to the Primary Dr. and the lady from the reception said they already fax the prescription 2 hours ago, then the pharmacy finally said Oh, here is your medication！！！ But now is the big Problem!! The total medication that the hospital and Primary Dr. gave out was 7 medications and this stupid pharmacy only gave me 3 medication for my 14 months baby girl!!! Hey! My baby girl got fever hit up to 104 degree when we went to the hospital and now I need the medication for the baby who has fever still at 100 degree, what the heck you keep my medication for???? I'm sure I'm not the only person who has this kind of experience before and I already made the complaint report.
