Horrible business! If you want to be appreciated as a customer go to W Beauty Supply. They have a rewards program that gives you MONEY back credited towards your purchases! Here are “Amore” I purchased hair products monthly. I went back to EXCHANGE 30 volume developer for 20 (made a mistake). The man working on the flor REFUSED to exchange a sealed unopened bottle from a regular customer. I hope it was worth it to not exchange the $9.99 I threw in the garbage for another one that costs exactly the same. I’ll never go back! ¡Es un negocio horrible! Si quieres que te valoren como cliente, ve a W Beauty Supply. ¡Tienen un programa de recompensas que te devuelve DINERO en tus compras! Aquí en "Amore" era clienta habitual. Cuando fui a cambiar una botella de revelador de 30 volúmenes por otra de 20 (me equivoqué). El hombre que trabajaba en ayudando, se negó a cambiar la botella que estaba sellada y sin abrir de una clienta habitual. Espero que les haya valido la pena como negocio el no cambiar una botella de $9.99 que tiré a la basura por otra que cuesta exactamente lo mismo. ¡No volveré nunca!
