Wait time is horrible, took more than 2 hrs to be seen by the doctor. They need to learn to respect patient's time.

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM, but the receptionist informed me that the doctor wouldn’t be available until 3 PM due to a prior engagement. When I arrived (2PM), there were already 4 people ahead of me, so I decided to leave to avoid wasting my time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Li for a couple years and I like her personally. But this place is insanely overbooked. Kept me waiting for 2+ hours and when I finally got into the exam room they kept me waiting for another 40mins half naked. All this for an annual. How on earth can a clinic be so poorly run. I’m switching immediately. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and irresponsible

If you have made an appointment here I would strongly encourage you to cancel it. The staff intentionally overbook the Dr so it takes >2 hours before your appointment starts. Unethical behaviour

Booked an appointment as an emergency. I told them I was coming from 2 hours away. As I approached I called again to confirm, they were rude. Once i got there i saw the lights off and them hiding in the back. Looks like one of those massage places. NEVER GO HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. She was screaming in chinese on the phone.
