Smaller then the other Animal Pantry I have purchased from in the past but yet you still get that great friendly service you receive from this chain of business. They have good prices on brand names product. Now that the Cross Bay Blvd location is still closed due to construction work. It's more convenient for me to come here because I live in Brooklyn, then having to go to Babylon in Suffolk County. My only reason for not giving them a 5 star rating is due to, they don't offer the same benefit of the other locations. For every 12 bags of pet food purchased, you get the next bag free. This is a very good benefit to loose.

A couple of years ago, based on their high recommendation, we bought a prong collar for our puppy, golden retriever. It worked well for a while, and one day, the clip got stuck, and the whole collar fell out. My dog was running on 86st road like no man land and almost got hit by a couple of cars. Fortunately, someone walked by and caught him. I would never buy anything from them from that day on.
