It’s a little messy in side and when it’s crowded it gets so annoying. But for long waits they have food sold there and bag storage. Really convenient to travel across state. Also might be way too easy for kids to use to run away on this so slightly concerned but I haven’t seen it. Asian run and they speak English so you’ll be fine.

First of all, I wish I could give -5 stars. Perhaps this company is ok, but this particular store is extremely bad. Watch out! I am not sure why the rating of this store is so high. I went there because of the rating. I went to this store to ship many health care product to China on Saturday (notice this date) around the beginning of this year, just like what I did in other stores. I didn't keep an eye on my items. Soon I realized that I didn't have chondroitin that I put in my package. I thought I left it in my apartment. Then the lady told me to buy one from their store (another brand, mine is from Costco), which I did. A few moment later, the lady told me that one of my cash was false and wanted to change a new one. I thought this was unfortunate and gave her a new one. But I felt weird because that cash was kinds of wet while my cashes had been in my wallet for a long time. After I arrived at home, I couldn't find my chondroitin. I am living alone and put all these health care products that would be shipped in one bag. The only possibility that I lost them was they fell out of the plastic bag. And I couldn't find that one even today. Recalling the wired false case issue, I doubted she took my items. Then I went to their store the next day (Sunday). As I expected, the chondroitin of particular brand from Costco was there. There was only one bottle and I was pretty sure they didn't have this brand yesterday because I bought one from them. Then I spoke nicely and just left as I believed there was enough evidence. Lying practice by the customer service and the store owner when I checked a package shipped on July 15 2023 and not yet delivered by Oct 12. This is the third time I used ANL. When I followed up with the store owner via WeChat on Sep 7 at his request, he said the delay was due to the China custom sample check, while the ANL express showed the custom clearance was done by July 28. When I challenged him, he just told me to contact customer service of the company. Same dishonesty feedback by the customer service. She said it was delivered on Aug 2. When I told her the website showed the package sitting with the delivery person with no update since Aug 3. She asked me to call China complaining hotline and the delivery guy directly.
