Terrible service in the last year, probably because Anna doesn't really handle much of the work directly anymore. Everything was filed late, and I was lied to twice about the filings being already made. Suffered many thousands in penalties, which I now have to contest.

The most terrible accounting service I have received. They were not good at communications. Always delayed in email responding, never fully and clearly answered the questions I had. I ended paying over $6,000 for tax which was completely out of my expectation. They delayed my filing as well and didn't provide all the information I needed to know to file correctly. Everything was so unclear and was a mess. I had to pay penalties as well. They would not go out of their way to give you the maximum benefits you can claim. I do not recommend their service to anybody.
