Anna is an amazing healer! She has helped me recover from neck, shoulder, and hamstring injuries!

I have been working with Anna for over a year now. Initially she helped me overcome low back pain with dry needling and acupuncture. Now that my pain is long gone, I am continuing to see her for Pilates and various body weight exercises 2-3x per week. She’s very knowledgeable about the body, movement, and biomechanics. I highly recommend her if you are in pain or want to learn to use your body properly.

I’m only two sessions into some dry needling and PT but I’m very impressed so far. I appreciate that Anna is an accomplished endurance athlete herself so very relatable. My symptoms are much improved post treatment and she has also diagnosed other areas for us to work on. Highly recommended - she is now part of my treatment/ongoing maintenance rotation. Facilities are great too and very convenient for midtown office types.

There aren’t enough good things I could say about Anna. First and foremost, she was able to identify the source of 10 year long headaches in a way countless doctors and medical professionals couldn’t. She is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable at dry needling, identifying areas that refer pain from muscles in my neck to my head. She is very thoughtful of each of her patients, taking time to think through more complicated cases such as mine to help them find relief through natural solutions. Over 10 years I have lost hope in finding relief and Anna has not only restored that hope but has helped improve my quality of life. If you have muscles that could benefit from relaxation and dry needling, Anna is 100% the person to see and even if you aren’t sure I’d recommend you see her and she will help point you in the right direction.
