2 year update: I'm still a loyal customer. They're still amazing and it's the only place I trust to do my acrylic sets I've been going here faithfully for two years now. Customer service is amazing. They let you make appointments. It's never overly crowded with insane wait times. It's very very clean. Every single person that works there is great at doing nails and they clearly work as a team. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a nail salon.

Tina and the team at Anne Nails are the absolute best. I have been coming here for a few years and will not go anywhere else. I know that every time I come here I will be thrilled with the result. My friends now come from all the way uptown in Manhattan to Forest Hills because they won’t go anywhere else either. Tina did my nails for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour last year and I got so many compliments. Probably my all time favorite nails. Highly recommend coming here!

This place need to be shut down!!!! Complete robbers, horrible services. From weirdo attitudes to claiming they can’t do the design as simple as a star! Paid $110 for this nonsense when i had to improvise from what i wanted. Also those are stickers not handmade designs. The lady doing my toes was cussing in Spanish cause she didn’t realize i wanted a manicure as well she was so annoyed whiles taking my powder polish off she buffered my nails until they were burning. Entire establishment can go to hell! Save yourself the hassle and do not go here or trust those good reviews i wish i read through the reviews before i walked in there on a whim

I was a walk in because I decided let me get a pedicure and sns dip powder. While I was getting my pedicure the place first off was very choked up and no cleanliness. As I sat down the lady who did my toes was cleaning my toes and as she was cutting the corner of my toenails but then after she kept digging and digging into the corner of the toenail and my toe started to bleed. I was in extreme pain and when you get a pedicure your suppose to feel relaxed I didn’t at all during this experience. I kept telling her you’re hurting my toe it’s bleeding and it’s paining me. I asked another lady who was the manager if someone else can do it because at this point I’m in pain. I honestly wanted to walk out at this point. She told me no there isn’t any one else. After me asking if there is anyone else the Spanish ladies and herself started to talk shit and she kept saying extra extra charge under her breath. They made me uncomfortable and I just really wanted to walk out. They are very unprofessional and overpriced as well. The other lady who did my hands was very nice and did a good job. The reason why I say it’s overpriced because they charged for gel remover which Is 5.00 and callus remover 8.00 and regular pedicure 28.00 and Sns is about 45.00. Total was 86. I paid in cash plus they charge tax on cash which I don’t get it which came up to 90. So confused I would understand to pay tax on card not cash. I will never go back here and get services from this facility. I paid my money all I wanted to do was to get out there immediately.

I want to preface by saying if a basic gel pedicure with no add ons didn’t start at $60 here- this experience wouldn’t phase me. I ended up paying $78 including tip for this terrible pedicure ($8 add on for callous removal) & just to be treated like THEY were paying me for a service? This was insane. Also see the pictures because WHAT ARE THOSE?! 😆😭 asked for a French tip pedicure, with a hard square shape- I gave this photo as reference. The nail tech got very flustered when she put the nearly clear color on my toes stating that’s the color they use for base color with a French tip. I asked her (very politely) if they had a less sheer shade- something more pink or tan like the picture. She put my nails under the UV light & I took them out immediately and reiterated that I didn’t like the color, and I didn’t want her to have to go through the trouble of filing it off so it’s best not to cure it. She asked Maria to bring her other colors and she came back with 2 options. At this point my nail tech was BIG TIME flustered. I decided to be even nicer about it, and the nicer I was the more annoyed, short & mean she was to me. The 3 color options I was given were all nearly the same. She was so annoyed and just wanted to finish the toes so I said “Let’s just go ahead and put a clear coat on” she seemed shocked and got much nicer either with me. I get my nails done all the time, this was a sub-par experience. Oh she also completely skipped out on giving me any kind of massage.
