Vanessa was super sweet and helpful. I did the mistake of forgetting to ask a question right after I already bought my product but she still apologized for not asking me first. She was really helpful and I loved her attitude.
TLDR: This Apple Store makes things right with their customers swiftly and accurately. Great customer service and down to earth humble and vibrant people. Shout outs to: Emanuel, Dan, Mickey, and Regina. A month ago I came to this Apple Store for the first time and had a pleasant experience I was there to get my m4 MacBook Pro serviced after an accidental spill and was told with my Apple care coverage it would be $300 and would take 2-3 days tops a week for it to be returned to the store and ready for pickup. I asked if I could pay upfront and was declined and I’m glad I was because the repair ended up being lost and I had no updates online or from the store itself, no emails, calls, nothing. I had a busy month and couldn’t return to the store until a few days ago, in which I complained about the lack of communication and the lack of my product in which I entrusted to them. They were extremely apologetic and offered a complimentary upgrade to an m5 equivalent. I accepted and was called 2 days later alerting me it was ready for pickup. Very happy with the resolution. Huge thanks and recommendation for personal praise to: Emanuel, Dan, Mickey, and Regina who helped me along with my MacBook Pro. I recommend this store and will be back for future purchases and hopefully not repairs.
I've never written a review in my life, but this Apple store is HORRIBLE, I've never had such a horrendous experience at a store before. If you are considering bringing in your device that has a small issue into this store for them to check/fix it, DO NOT! If you do, immediately check your device before you leave the store to ensure it's still functioning. I strongly caution others to document everything and thoroughly inspect their devices before leaving the store, because once you walk out, this location will not stand behind their work. I brought my MacBook to this store for a charging issue only. The device was functional when I handed it over. I was initially told that a proper diagnostic would require an overnight test, which I agreed to. However, because the store was closing, the technician instead performed a rushed diagnostic. Immediately after this diagnostic, my MacBook became completely non-functional. It would not boot, could not enter recovery properly, and was effectively unusable — a catastrophic failure that did not exist prior to Apple handling my device. I came in the next day, told them about the issue and an employee DID NOT help me UNTIL I bought over $1000 worth of products. He said they didn't have someone to help, but after I sent money then they magically found some people. What followed was over two hours of being passed between five different employees, none of whom took ownership of the situation. I was repeatedly told contradictory things. The store manager ultimately claimed Apple was not responsible because I did not inspect my laptop before leaving — despite the fact that the store was closing and I was not given the opportunity to do so. This explanation was unreasonable and felt like an attempt to avoid accountability. Even more concerning was the dismissive way I was spoken to. I was told I was “talking in circles” instead of being given clear explanations. I was made to feel unreasonable for questioning why my laptop failed immediately after Apple’s diagnostic. At no point did anyone seriously acknowledge the timeline of events.I was also pressured to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs and strongly encouraged to purchase new products, despite the fact that the root issue had clearly not been identified. It felt as though sales were prioritized over responsibility. This experience completely eroded my trust in Apple’s in-store service. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy was disgusting.
I come here all the time for my purchases and never have an issue. However, my recent experience with a particular employee, Eva who worked the “order pick up” kiosk was horrible. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there, let alone help us. She was unprofessional, spoke to us with a condescending tone, and gave false information because she didn’t want to do her job. Thankfully we were able to resolve our issue with a kind manager.
