Aquamarine Cleaners

I don’t know why this lovely place got so many bad comments which I can’t agree with. I recently moved here and had my winter coat cleaned. The quality was OK alone with good service from a nice lady at the counter. I will definitely come again.

They will require you unbutton your shirts before drop off for their convenience. But they won’t reduction them after they’re pressed. So by the time you get home your clothes are wrinkled. They also take about a week to wash and press 10 shirts. They won’t ruin your clothes but look elsewhere if you have the option.

the lady at register(the owner) does not know how to do the proper business at all as cleaner. Ask for simple extra sewing button on my shirt and the lady at register forgot TWO TIMES that I have to go back and forth again to pick up my shirt. the worst case is that the lady at alternation section, she did not even put the button properly that looks so weird. I believe that these two ladies are so unprofessional that not keeping their promises with their customers what so ever!!!

Brought two coats in for dry cleaning. Went to pick it a week later and they told me only one coat was ready and told me to come back in a few days for the other coat. Went back for the second coat and they told me that I had already picked it up. I argued with them back and forth and the second coat was nowhere to be found. It was most likely lost and the lady refused to admit they lost the coat and refused to offer any kind of compensation. Will never do business with them again.
