He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction with the deal. Saul had everything taken care of even on his day off. He turned what could've been a nightmare looking for a car into a good experience and had all the service done in the car taken care of for me. Bought car from them, 8 months later, transmission broke. I had warranty, they kept my car in the shop for 43 days, didn’t provide receipt for transmission change, i am not sure what they did. But 43 days for transmission is too much time. I called warranty company 20 days after i left my car, they told me no one even contacted them. When I went for receipt they told me they don’t have it at the moment, they will send by email. Still didn’t get it. Bad experience
