Arcadia Health Pharmacy

Went to help a friend pick up medication that was ready for pickup. There were 3 people ahead of me in line. I lined up and waited patiently. Old short female employee with glasses does not see me? A 6 foot guy who waited patiently in line standing right in front of her trying to speak and grab her attention? I see her eyeballs look at me but she just moved on to people who came in after me. No organization and poorly trained staff when it was not busy. Something that should have taken a few minutes took me 40 minutes. Sad

Definitely not a good experience for the first time customers. There is a basket with blank scrap papers and a pen at the cashier for you to fill out your name and DOB if you need to pick up your prescription. that is the only way they will serve you. If you just going to wait politely and stand patiently in line, you will not get served!!! As a first time customer, I was clueless, and I only figured it out by myself after seeing a man cut me in the line and did what I just told you. They don't give you directions on how to take the medicines, and they don't tell you how many refills you got. I ran out of my prescriptions for weeks until I saw the label on the capsule container saying I got more refills left... I was left without medication for weeks because they assume that I know and I assume that's the actual amount that my doctor prescribed for me. Very very bad customer service, matter of fact, this is one of the worst customer service I received ever.

Awful experience, wish I can give zero star! I stepped outside waiting after putting down my name and DOB. Went back in 10 minutes later and asked the short hair female pharmacist if my prescription is ready, she asked for my name and answered NO without checking. Then I waited inside this time assuming that it should be ready soon, but nothing still other than watching people who came after me walking away with their prescriptions. So I asked again then this time she was giving me an attitude and be like I called your name many times. Excuse you? I asked before and you answered me no. Then I have been standing right in front of you the whole time! Avoid this pharmacy unless you want to waste your time and get yelled at!

This pharmacy has a bad attitude and takes medicine slowly. I can't figure out why the attitude of the lady at the front desk can be so bad. A lady's attitude makes me feel that I have done somo terrible that I even. This is simply terrible. I really feel sorry for the owner of this drugstore.
