Patrick and his team have done professional job and help me to close the deal. He is very responsible ,and answers my questions very clearly and replies all the messages on time.

He referred my relative to the next-door mortgage company to get a loan. However, he never told my relative in advance he would represent this mortgage bank too. Then it turned out to be he represented two parties at the same time in the same case and got paid from both sides. He never told my relative if his dual representation would create a conflict of interest between the two parties and if it is prohibited by laws. He never asked my relative for her permission and let her sign a written consent to his dual representation. It's unethical.
