He provided a temporary fix to keep the system running for a few days while waiting for the replacement condensate pad to arrive. Artem responded to my call about a broken furnace late on a Friday afternoon, showed up within two hours, diagnosed the issue and returned with the replacement part and fixed the issue by 10am on Saturday. He was professional, quick and really nice. He was also transparent around pricing. I’ll definitely work with Artem again, could not recommend more highly!
