Slowest boba tea shop I’ve ever had. So many staff but making tea so so slowly. Drinks are fine. It took 5 min to make only ~1 boba. Rly need to improve the efficiency pls.

very mad and disappointed. Im arteassan’s fan since “artisan”. I ordered a drink and already waited for almost 20mins and all the employees are very slow. I asked the lady how long i still have to wait and she said still need like 15mins. How come like this? And then I asked for refund if it’s possible because I need to catch my train. The lady just canceled my order without noticing me! I What if I don’t ask again? Just let me keep waiting?!!! Come on!!!
