DO NOT use this place!! This place is horrible!! I used them for passport service. The agent's attitude was extremely bad. She was very impatient with every single question I asked and blamed me for not knowing enough about their business and being too demanding. After I collected all the necessary application materials, handed to them, and paid them the fee, she was annoyed just because I asked for a letter for the official result, and she said she would refund me and not proceed my application further. Was completely a waste of my time! She was extremely rude and insulting a customer. Never seen such a horrible customer service in my life. If you do not want to waste your time, spend your money to fight with your own agent, DO NOT use them!!!
