A very nice concept, a program run by volunteers, but I had a bad experience...the teacher was unqualified and taught by rote from a textbook. He kept repeating how cool it was for a 'white guy' to be teaching Mandarin in Chinatown...not professional. I tried course in 2017, dropped out because of teacher, and paid for an online teacher who was excellent.
