First time customer, I had Linda as my masseuse. She was amazing I had a 90 minute body massage with 30 minutes being a foot rub. I came at a busy time so it was noisy. The staff was speaking loudly and even having a conversation with my masseuse she apologized to me however it breaks the peacefulness & ability to fully relax. I do recommend this spa. Great massage great price and attention to detail.

I had a great 90 minute body massage by Anna she was amazing! 4 stars given and not 5 because she wasn’t happy by the tip I wanted to give her so I gave her more. The message was really good but please, I’ll decide how much tip you need to get. Thank you!

I was a first time customer and went back twice each time was amazing I always give a tip but this time a few days ago I offered a 5 dollar tip and then the person who massaged me told me no he wants more and then I said okay I’ll give 10 dollars and then he says no he wants 15 where I’m from a tip is offered you never ever pressure a customer to give you more tip because they don’t have to give you one at all especially when I pay for the service I found that to be very disrespectful as a young lady ofc I’m going to give what he ask but it’s disrespectful to even pressure any customer to give you tip and I’m still fairly new and I enjoyed coming here and recommend to my family so I would hope this doesn’t happen again because I will be fairly disappointed

My friend goes here all the time and recommended to me. I came with another friend to get massages. I got the combo A. 30 min body 30 min foot rub. It was good for the price. Left relaxed. The 1 star and is when they lost 2 new customers when i paid 80, 55 for massage and 25 for tip. She gives me back 5 and i said wait thats for you. She said i gave her 60. I asked my friend and she said she didnt know how much i gave her. I asked the other man behind the counter and he without looking at my face says i dont know. So i said ok and pull out another 20. I get home and count the money that i withdrew from the bank before going to the spa and i was short 20. What a shame because i left really happy but that dishonesty truly turned me off to never return. So i ended up tipping her 45 for a 55 massage. Complete disgusting.
