After leaving my previous dentist, I was determined to find a reliable dentist not far from me. Luckily a coworker of mine recommended At Home Dental. I had a great experience, although I am not fond of going to the dentist. I feel the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. Thanks guys!

The dental hygienist was terrible. She talks too much. She told me that I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out while Dr. Mai said I didn’t have to. That dental hygienist only works on Tuesday. Who does she think she is??? Trying to scam me into wasting more of my time. She kept saying repeatedly to go to the oral surgeon to get it removed. I heard you the first time. What the hell are you telling me again and again??? She acts like I’m one of the old people that go in there and that I need to be told multiple times. Not only that, the wait is terrible. I arrived early for my appointment and still ended up waiting for one hour to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist is clearly burn out from working. Wouldn’t trust her as someone who doesn’t feel like working shouldn’t be working on anyone’s teeth.

Worse experiences I ever had! The staff is rude! The service is terrible! All of my family members visited this dental office before. We made an appointment for two peoples. When I came in, I checked in my appointment time with the front desk. The front desk staff said only one appointment made it. So, she only allows one person to come in. Also, this dental office is not very professional in teeth cleaning.

Waiting time was short and I was seen quickly. My front bottom tooth chipped due to my deep bite and I would require orthodontic treatment. The doctor fixed my bottom front tooth but I was also billed for a filling on a molar tooth. I called the office to let them know they billed me for a procedure they did not do and my insurance will only cover once every 2 years. The front desk told me they would let the doctor know, consult with my chart notes, and call me back. After not hearing back for a month, I called again. This time, someone who spoke limited English answered the phone. I explained the situation to her multiple times but she kept trying to book me for a cleaning. After seeing I wasn’t due for a cleaning, she just kept repeating I wasn’t due yet. I requested to speak to someone else because she didn’t understand me. She just said “no”. I’m really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Since I have a deep bite I went for a consultation to an orthodontist. As you can see, none of my molars have fillings.

I’d give them 0 star if I could! The worst dental office ever! They don’t respect you at the bottom! Even you made an appointment, they will ask you to wait at least two hours! Even they called you and asked you come right away, you still have to wait for 2 hours! Don’t go there expect you enjoy wasting your time and life. Waste other people’s time is equal the murder!
