I have dealt with this travel agency for a couple of years already and have left a positive impression so far, including the latest trip which will enable us to enjoy a fun as well as meaningful experience in China. Thanks to Sharon Young who has so far provided a very professional service for the trip we are undertaking, we are not only satisfied with the arrangement of the trip, such as trips details, flight information, and visa application, we are more than glad to hear her personal perspective about where to go to pursue our interests. We had an amazing experience with our guide - Jeff Zheng with the one day Christmas tour. He was patient, and very well organized. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we learned so much along the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and passion. Highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a confort experience

The tour guide was very nice and professional, and the service was great. I bought an interior cabin, and the moment I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a balcony room. After asking other group members I learned that everyone had upgraded to a balcony room.

Jeff zheng-NY and I recently worked together in Maine for a tour in Bar Harbor Maine to Acadia National Park. He was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. We would partner up with him again in a heartbeat!
