Employees Daniel and Mekhy at the AT&T store at Queens Center Mall are the best people for true customer service. These men think on their feet and they know their job. The patience both Daniel and Mekhy exhibited with a return made me change my mind because I’m a 20 year customer and I was about to say forget AT&T. Thank you guys for helping me with my Apple Watch Ultra 2 debacle.

The gentleman that helped me (Jose) was very helpful and patient with me. I had many questions about switching my service and he answered all of them. He was upfront and honest about all costs that come with opening a new account. I highly recommend him if you visit this location.

very bad service. they didn't help solve the problem, and it's very expensive for 3 lines they charge more than $300 just for the internet 👎🏼👎🏼. they are very bad employees, no respect for the customer. I will never recommend AT&T to anyone 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

AT&T voice line charged me twice for the same period. They were unable to verify me online therefore I was asked to visit a store. Jackie tried to look up my account info but couldn’t find anything. I appreciate what she did for me but she could not read a bill and insisted that I should wait for a final bill which I was presenting on her table. Just admit you don’t know what to do and seek help from an upper management is the proper way to solve an issue for your client.
