5-Star Review, but wish I could give 10-Stars!! My son discovered that he needed a drive shaft replaced immediately. The warranty company referred him to Auburndale Tires & Auto Repairs and he was introduced to Teddy who went above & beyond. It was the Friday before the week of Christmas and he had to wait until the Adjuster approved the claim on Monday. Teddy made sure he kept the car safe each evening until the car was fixed. We've dealt with many mechanics over the years so trust me this was a First-Class customer service experience! Do NOT hesitate to trust and get your car fixed here. You won't be disappointed.

Quick and efficient. Honest repair and fair price, this place takes care of its customers first. Highly recommend. Had a nail in the rear tire. The shop assessed it, determined it could not be repaired and had me als look at it. Gave me some options, replaced with the same brand/model tire at the same price that I bought it from online. No mark up, nothing. Just honest business. Got me in and out within an hour. Great shop and great people.

Got the opportunity to stop by. Had a great and easy experience. I have a Tesla model Y, seeking new set of tires. I already knew which set I wanted. Sam helped me out, was able to order the set of tires I wanted. He called when the tires arrived. I was not in a rush to get it mounted and balanced right away but I did request a wheel alignment to go with everything. Super nice that he was able to schedule me in despite the big volume of cars in their shop. A couple of hours later, he called me back to say the car was ready for pick up and here I am, home, writing this review. Shop was clean, they have a waiting area in the lobby. It’s a great location, tons of restaurants within walking distance. They accept credit cards as well. Highly recommend.

I came to auburndale auto for all my repairs and maintenance for the past couple of years after a friend’s recommendation. However, I’ll stop coming to this place from now on. I just read some other reviews and people mentioned unprofessionalism, overcharging, and waiting time. I saw those issue too but I was willing to ignore them until now. I was in an accident. The damage on my car appears to be minimal, just some scratches. However, I wanted to make sure there’re no mechanical issues. Because I’m no car mechanic, I don’t want to drive the car assuming it’s fine when it’s not. It’s a very simple request: just look at my car and tell me if there’s something wrong with it and I shouldn’t drive it or I should fix it. I went to auburndale auto and described my situation. The guy didn’t even take a look at my car and started talking to me in a rude and condescending manner and told me to go to a body shop without even looking at my car. Even after I clarified that I just want him to take a look because I’m afraid there may be a mechanical issue and I need a professional opinion. He continue to repeat the same thing in an even more rude and condescending manner. After a minute of back and forth, he finally walked out to the car with me while continually addressing me in an impolite and impatient way. I told him I’ll be leaving and it was only then he finally looked at the car and told me it was just some frame issue the body shop can take care of. I drove off, fully determined that I’ll never come here again. I have the highest respect for blue-collar workers because I can never do what they do. But this was a terrible experience with terrible customer service. I don’t understand why this man has so little patience and so much anger. I then went to a mechanic shop down the road. The mechanic there was very kind and took 5 minutes to walk to the car, look at it and recommend to me what to do next. That’s really all I need but I just don’t understand why the guy at auburndale auto needs to be so rude and insulting about it. Auburndale auto has lost my business permanently.
