Very nice owner and detailed my problems with my Yamaha electric piano, and was very upfront about the costs for parts and services. He even stayed a few minutes late when I called and said I had a drop-off, but was caught in traffic; a rare feat of customer satisfaction these days. Earned a customer before even meeting me, and a lifelong customer for how I was treated. I wish I could give six stars!

Very helpful, tested my speakers and did not charge you if he doesn't have to perform any work on it.

Great job on the repair. Turnaround time for the repair was fast. Agree, however, they need to do better about their posted hours.

I would NEVER recommend this place. I took a Sony home theatre sound bar sub woofer to be fixed. I had already researched the problem and found out it was a $4.00 convertor chip that needed to be replaced. The chip is not imbedded underneath any panels or anything difficult. It is right on top. They wanted to charge me $180.00 to replace a $4 chip. The entire system did not even cost that much. I watched another guy change one on You Tube and it took all of 30 minutes to fix. The guy tried to tell me it was because of labor. Well I don't anyone who charges $300 and hour for labor. Good luck to anyone who takes their electronics here for repair.

Do better in opening the business on time. Don’t tell someone over the phone you will be open 10 am to 6 pm and not open on time. People do have things to do and try to accommodate the business hours. Wasted time sitting out 20 min past opening.
