Auto Care East

Donovan helped me get an appointment within 24 hours for a DMV car inspection. Was in and out very quick. He and Jared were great, helpful, kind, and fast. Also got to meet Antonio and Mary. Highly recommend.

I recently had some work done at Auto East, and Antonio took excellent care of me throughout the entire process. From the start, he was professional, upfront, and honest about everything that needed to be done. I immediately found him to be trustworthy, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I was really upset at the time, as someone had hit my car, but Antonio was incredibly supportive. He guided me through the situation and everything was handled properly. His support made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. The fact that Auto East is just a block away from my apartment makes it very convenient, but what really stood out was how I felt like I was dealing with family. I truly appreciate the care and service I received.

The staff at Auto Care were very communicative, nice, and easy to work with. They sent several email updates, so you always know the status of your repair. I had a hard deadline and they got the work done right on time. The car looked great. It was a pleasure working with them.

I found Auto Care East through my insurance company. They did a beautiful job on the repair. I was very impressed with the level of service and especially with the level of communication. I heard from them regularly both via email and on the phone. Everything was explained to me fully. They washed the car before returning it to me! I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, or any other repair, I will definitely come here.
