Avianca Express by far is the best shipping company I know. Ive shipped to Medellin quite a few times and have never had any issues. Ive shipped to Medellin and Pereira and packages have gotten to their destinations fast and safe. The employees at the Jackson Heights, Queens office are extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Be prepared to be yelled at and quite mistreated by very uncourteous staff. Came to ship a box. They made us wait for over an hour. Just rude! Never coming back. The person standing next to the staff, became violent when we asked if she was an employee. She was looking at our personal data in the employee’s computer. We have video.

If they don't think u speak Spanish they will take advantage of, their energy changed once they realize I understood Spanish, I don't like that
