Cristin Wang (Shuang Wang), the real estate agent is totally a lier. She confirmed the house sale price with me for a few times but each time when I requested her to sign purchase and sale agreement, she delayed it with different excuses. At first time, she said she didn't want to share commission with her company, B Square Realty, so she would like to sign agreement later. The second time, she asked for keeping her own large advertising postcard on the building wall. At the last time , she told me to provide her with my lawyer information to send agreement but next day she canceled the sale and asked for much higher price. She is a real estate scammer.
