Don't listen to the yelp reviews on this one. Customer service was not great and they charged me $12 to shorten the sleeves and $18 to shorten overall length of my sweater. As a tailor on flushing, I was expecting cheaper. They were not happy about tailoring the overall length so I did not tailor the other clothes I brought with me. Turnaround is slightly faster by like a few days than most places but I had a lot more expectations from the yelp reviews.
