It was my first and definitely not the last time ordering from this bakery. The ordering process was very easy, they even let you try different options to chose from. The packaging was great. They even helped me to carry it to my car (I didn’t ask, it was very nice gesture) The cake exceeded expectations and I got so many compliments on how delicious it was from my guests. Very pleasant, professional and dedicated people work at this bakery. Definitely recommend!

The best experience at the best bakery I've ever found in 20 years of living in NYC. My son's birthday cake far exceeded any and all expectations. The woman that let us try the cakes and took our order was phenomenally pleasant and the cake itself was absolutely spectacular inside and out. I will be back again and again, no doubt!

This bakery was recommended to us by the managers at Baku Palace for our wedding cake. We had a great experience! We got to sample several different flavors and ultimately chose our two favorites (one chocolate and one smetanik) for our 2 tier cake. The cake's design was beautiful and exactly what we requested. The cake was delicious! The bakery delivered it to Baku Palace for us on our wedding day. The total cost of our cake was very reasonable. They accept cash or credit, but I would recommend paying in cash to avoid fees. The owner was very friendly. If you need a great special occasion cake, I highly recommend Baku Bakery.

Last year I bought a ready-made cake from this bakery and overall this cake was delicious. And this year we decided to order a cake from this bakery for my son's birthday. We are disappointed, this will be my last purchase. The cake inside was not tasty but edible, but the cream that decorated the entire cake was inedible with a chemical taste and some grains that squeaked on the teeth. When I saw the cake, I really liked the appearance of it and I wanted to leave an excellent review until I tried it. The rating of three stars is only because the girl who took the order was very nice and selected all possible options for fulfilling our order and even gave us samples to try, which were good, but what was already made for us turned out to be not tasty. If you need a tasty cake, look for another place. The price matches the quality, not expensive but not tasty either.

One of the worst honey cakes I've ever tried. I ordered two honey cakes from this bakery for an important event, the birthday celebration of our laboratory director. Honey cake is usually a safe choice: simple, classic, and hard to mess up. Unfortunately, this bakery managed to do just that. The cakes were overwhelmingly sweet, it felt like I was eating pure sugar rather than a dessert. The texture and balance were completely off. Out of about 30 people at the meeting, barely anyone finished their slice. Most of the cake ended up in the trash, which was incredibly embarrassing for me as the one who arranged it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others: if you’re considering ordering for a special occasion, stay away from this bakery. It’s not worth the risk of being let down, or worse, publicly embarrassed.
