Della is an amazing massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and really listened to what my body needed. Her technique is excellent, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely book with her again.

Took my husband there for his first deep tissue body massage on his birthday . He can not stop talking about it. He loved it. He had a headache prior to his appointment, after the massage his headache disappeared. She definitely knows what shes doing. The price was a hit. We will be returning for my turn lol.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing some negative comments, I hesitated a little before coming here. I’m glad I didn’t listen — this was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The place is clean, relaxing, and the therapist was very professional. I didn’t experience any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. Everything went smoothly and I felt amazing afterward. Just one small suggestion: during the massage, when switching to the oil, it would feel even better if the towel was removed a little earlier. They started massaging over the towel for a bit longer than needed before applying the oil. Not a big issue at all — just a gentle recommendation. Overall, everything was perfect and I will definitely be coming back!

In our 3-days, 2-nights date trip to NYC, my husband and I — as two crazy massage addicts — did 6 spa massages in 3 days, from Chinatown places all the way to the most luxurious five-star hotel spas. Surprisingly, this place turned out to be the best overall when you compare price, cleanliness, and massage skills. For reference: The best technical massage we had was at The Baccarat Hotel – Spa de La Mer, but the price was shocking — $588 for 60 minutes for 2 people, plus required tip = around $700 total. That’s $350 per person for one hour. Amazing quality, but definitely not something you can afford every day. Now compare that to this place: They had a promotion “Buy $400, get $120 bonus credit,” so for 3 people, 6 total hours of treatment, our final bill was only $245 using the credit. Here’s what we did: • I did 2 hours of foot massage with a male therapist — he was excellent and really knew what he was doing. • My husband did 1 hour body massage + 1 hour foot massage — both therapists were great as well. • My friend did 1 hour head spa + 1 hour foot massage — he said they were OK but still worth the price. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and the professionalism, so we tipped $25 per hour per technician without hesitation. About people complaining that the place suggests $15 per hour tip: Yes, as a percentage it looks high — BUT remember one thing: Their base price is very low. Meanwhile, all luxury 5-star hotel spas charge a mandatory 20–23% service fee on top of already sky-high prices. Even before your treatment begins, you’re paying a huge tip. Here, the price is lower, the environment is clean, and the therapists work hard — so tipping fairly is reasonable. If you’re a massage lover visiting NYC, this place is definitely worth trying.

the massage was great, but be careful when paying. i booked online and the price was $45 for a 1 hr foot reflexology session but at the end she gave a “discount” to $35 which reflected the prices they had on the sign outside the place. but, after receiving change, i put a tip down and she said “people usually tip $15 per person”. considering how cheap the service is, the problem isn’t how much i paid but the fact that $15 is a 42% tip for $35. i wish they’d make this a policy or something so people know before going. just look at all the negative reviews about the tips and not the actual service. or, raise the prices and stop making it awkward for everyone / let them tip whatever they want! more on the massage, they started with a shoulder and neck massage while you soaked your feet in hot water. the foot massage was done with a relaxing oil and it also included the calves. towards the end they ended with a hot towel and some thigh presses which was pleasant. i’d love to come back but it is a bit uncomfortable when someone tells you it’s “recommended” to tip more even though many people’s tips are already the standard amount for nyc.
