I had a very long queue, I waited for almost 2 hours, and what was very disappointing was that there was no restroom available inside the bank for customers. So what about customers who are in the queue and it's urgent? But the customer service or banker at front door was great at her job… she is patiently also friendly… because of that i keep waiting for open new account at BOA than other bank,., just feeling so bad about restroom for customer..

The person in charge of this place needs to take action as soon as possible organizing the People, since is a very very busy neighborhood definitely this location needs to hire more tellers. By the way the tellers is this location deserves 5 stars they provide good customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Bank of America branch in Flushing. Enormous lines during the busiest time of the day — and they barely moved. Only two reps on the floor, neither able to resolve basic issues, and ZERO management presence anywhere. No supervisor, no escalation, nobody to keep things moving. The only senior person available was constantly interrupted and distracted, making things even worse. This branch is a complete disaster. Chaotic, slow, and totally mismanaged. Avoid this location at all costs.

It took a long time to get service even though there were 3 open tellers windows. The one at the end was having a long conversation with two other employees instead of taking customers. A long line started to form and the design of the space inside is also very cramped. I would recommend going to other branches such as the one in College Point.
