Bank of America Financial Center

This place helped me out today with my account. There was almost no wait. Girl right on front helped me out right away. I wish I had gotten names. Great customer service. All the workers were wonderful and professional.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the customer service at this bank. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond, and my issue was not resolved properly. I hope the bank improves its approach to customer care.

If I can give my experience a 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not recommend this branch or Bank of America to anyone. Jenny and Brian were super unprofessional. Save yourself time and do not come to this branch

I often come by to use ATM when bank has closed. BTW, there are so many people inside who don't use ATM. It seems they are waiting someone or just killing time. Come on! It is a bank. It should be safe place for banking.

It is unbelievable to bank with BOA in this Flushing location. Only one banker is available with 10 customers waiting in line. The banker works extremely slow. I should rate them 0 if I could, not 1.
