They really need to hire more bank tellers on busy days, but this is a good location.

Worst bank in the world! There are hundreds of people waiting in line but they only have one teller working, the branch manager is drinking coffee and play games in his private office, they don’t care about the customers, never! Shame on you!

It's was very terrible service. I don't know why the stuff speak Chinese with me first. I was confused. And then he was very bad attitude ask me what you want. I asked afew questions to the stuff. But he didn't respond me. So bad and worst service. Never be back again. Should be closed. 👎

Wow. Experience. What an experience that it was. The worst bank branch that I have ever visited. First there were two tellers one for business and one for personal where 20 to 30 customers waiting to be served. Just to make a deposit I have waited 40 to 50 minutes and the place smells like garbage. I meant that in very pleasant ways. The worse branch.

I came in just to deposit a few money orders that were already filled out. The guy at the front desk didn’t even look at them and immediately sent me to another desk. At the second desk, two girls glanced at them, said they were already filled, and sent me back to the line again. I explained that there were pens available and I just needed to sign the back, but no one was willing to listen. When I tried to clarify, another man actually yelled at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I ended up going back and forth for no reason. Extremely frustrating and a total waste of time. Staff need better communication and basic customer service training.
