Our dog Toshi has been under Dr Lutansky’s care since we got her. He is a fantastic veterinarian and always goes above and beyond during her appointments. Their prices are very affordable and they dont try to push most expensive and unnecessary drugs on us like other places did. Also BIGGEST REASON why I love this place - little to NONE wait times. At other clinics we would sit for 1-2 hrs with other 15 coughing and sick animals just to be seen by the vet (even with appointment time set). Oh, and of course the staff is also great, very polite, accommodating and caring. Highly recommend this place!! ❤️

I made an account just to rave about this place Dr. Lutanskiy is amazing he helped my dog with his upset stomach, and his staff were so kind. Most importantly the prices were fair, and they were upfront about everything. An honest vet is rare in New York.

Dr. Lutanski is the best vet we have ever met in NYC . Our friends from NJ recommended him and we did such a long way to visit him ... and he is really the best. So kind and helpful we don’t have any words to describe how much grateful we are to him!!! I will recommend him to all my friends too from NJ and NYC. Very smart and literate. The doctor is such a wonderful person. First he saved my son's dog, and it was not easy, she had a very rare disease. Now he is taking care of our dog who got a bunch of problems unfortunately :( But she is doing great, thanks to him. He is never in a hurry, explains every little detail for several times if needed! Always calls next day to follow up. Thank you Doctor!

Formal complaint regarding Dr. Lutansky conduct and negligensee .On september 16/2025 i brought my dog to the cliniic an emergency situation, my dog was very sick, but i dont have an appointment, i begged Dr. lutansky to simply check his blood sugar level, as i was very concerned for my dog .instead of helping this doctor raised his voice at me, i was cry, i ask please , just check his blood sugar doctor, please, at this time my dog turn his had at him, and Dr. say your dog is perfecly fine and please not working here. I was crying pleading for help , but threatened call the police, instead to help my dog, even the front desk staff tried to to talk to me, they was sorry for this situation, but Lutansky shouted on them, to not talk to her, call to police, her english not to good. I went to another doctor, another doctor confirmed that my dog needed was to have check his sugar level and insulin, my dog was passed away one wee later. now, i reguest a formal investigation into Dr. lutansky.
