Baxter MegaWash Laundromat

I was not more than 5 minutes late to pick up my clothes from the washer when I found that an employee had already taken my clothes out of the washer and threw it aside. When I confronted her, she said that she needed the washer despite the fact that (1) there were other open washers available, and (2) she wasn't even using it. Another customer had simply taken use of it in the meantime. This place has also raised their prices several times in the past couple of years, now being one of the most expensive laundromats in the area, but without the corresponding quality.

I went there at 10:50 PM normally which I don’t do. It was an emergency. And the reason I went there because on their website, it says they close at 2 AM but once I was there that Spanish guy said “we are close” I’m like what do you mean you’re closed? on Google it says you close at two 2am. He said “no, we close he couldn’t even explain it properly because he probably doesn’t speak English so I just walked like eight minutes with a big freaking laundry bag and I didn’t get the job done. Do not recommend.

The dryers don't do a good job; it takes almost an hour to dry a shirt. For other types of clothing, it takes longer; items like sweaters, jackets, and pants take more than an hour. I tried three times, shortly after moving near this place. It's possible the owners have arranged this to make more money from their business, to be honest.

Now in the summer Is too hot in there. There is no AC working, for customers is very uncomfortable. Imagine for those workers that are working in their shifts suffering this heat inside doors. No curtains covering the crystal windows. It is extremely hot inside doors.

I just want to say the people who wash there clothes here are disgusting how do you not pick up after yourself. There’s also a woman working here and not sure if she saw it but it’s gross how there’s no accountability for this. Respect the place it’s someone business
