I absolutely love Dr. Gerlach! I’ve been seeing her for many years, and every experience has been consistently pleasant. She is gentle, friendly, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable at every visit. The staff and triage nurse are also friendly, professional, and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

She is kind, patient, and understanding, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes me feel heard and cared for. She has exceptional bedside manner. I honestly prefer her over the other doctors in that office. Making an appointment is easy. Their office staff are all incredibly nice and professional. They're always warm and welcoming. Dr Gerlach is an exceptional Dr. On top of her excellent professional qualifications, she is a deeply experienced and seasoned practitioner. It is a gift to be her patient. Dr. Kecia Gerlach is truly exceptional. When my longtime, wonderful gynecologist retired, I was worried I’d never find care that came close. I chose this practice based on Dr. Gerlach’s incredible reviews, and I can confidently say they’re beyond accurate. From the very first visit, she’s been a calming, reassuring presence in a setting that can easily feel stressful. She takes a thorough history, answers every question with clarity, and has an exceptionally gentle, thoughtful approach. She explains each step before she does anything, ensuring you’re as comfortable as possible. I’ve never felt rushed with her, and I’ve always been able to reach her or the office when needed. Appointments are easy to schedule, and while waits can happen- as in any medical office- Dr. Gerlach always gives you her full time and attention. My results come back quickly, and the patient portal is simple to use. Even though her practice is now out-of-network for me, I’m staying with her. I genuinely don’t think I could find another provider who compares. Self-pay is no issue with care like hers.
