As a regular customer of the Beauty Spa, I was pleasantly surprised to experience the services of our new technician, Cici, today! Although she's a new face, her technique is incredibly skillful, with perfect control of the pressure—she's just as good as the senior technicians in the salon. If you're looking for a new experience, Cici is definitely the one to go for!

My first visit to Beauty Spa was an experience that far exceeded my expectations! The therapist who served me was Sherry, who was incredibly warm and professional. She not only inquired about my pressure levels in detail, but her massage techniques were also very precise. My previously heavy shoulders instantly felt relaxed. This was definitely the best massage I've had in this area, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for the first time!

Very extremely TERRIBLE! i paid 60$ plus tips 20$ for one hour massage but lady is always on phone and she keeps disappearing and coming back! I ended up getting 10 minutes only of TERRIBLE MASSAGE for 80$. It's the worst place i have ever been too! Guys GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

There were several other things that raised concerns. There was no price list or service menu posted anywhere inside the location, which is typically standard for a professional massage business. The space itself also appeared more like an apartment than a licensed spa or massage clinic. In addition, the individual I encountered was not dressed in attire typically associated with professional massage therapists or spa staff. After leaving, I looked through other reviews and noticed that many of them appear to describe services being provided to men. Based on my experience and what others have written, the situation raised serious concerns for me about what kind of business is actually operating here. Overall, the experience felt unusual and unprofessional. A business presenting itself as a massage spa but stating they do not offer massages, while other reviews suggest otherwise, was very concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a legitimate or professional massage service.
