My girls (Rosie n Sammy) love coming to see Beba Happy Times - the minute I say Beba, they both run to the door. The service is exceptional and they always do exactly what me and my girls need and want, yes my girls too. My girls are always greeted with smiles and kisses. Always happy to go there - definitely recommend Thank you Beba Happy Tails!!

If I could do negative stars I would because this has to be the worst possible place you can take your dog. This small business does not care about you or your dog. My girlfriend took her two Maltipoos and one of them came back with multiple scratches around his body. The evening following the appointment one of the dogs started inhibiting an itchy nature we thought it was just him playing at first, but later night he started crying and couldn’t stop itching himself. We stayed up all night with him because he wouldn’t go to sleep every time his eyes closed he immediately woke back up because he was in pain. We then took him to the vet which costed 500$ for everything because he was cut everywhere which caused allergic reactions. He is still in pain 4 days later and their customer service representative refused to cooperate and started accusing us of putting our dog through this. It won’t let me add a video of him crying and shaking uncontrollably but the below pics one shows him being cut at the nose to to low and the second of him refusing to leave the area of the AC. He also refuses to leave the bed or even poop or eat without us bringing the potty or food to him. Please do not bring you me fur babies here whatsoever.

The most disgusting and disrespectful treatment of my family to date. The dismissal of the result of this establishment’s treatment of our family’s dogs is actually disgusting. Even in the dismissive ways, the attitude and disrespect that is in every interaction permeated through everything. They do not want to find solutions or be held accountable!! This establishment does not take responsibility for anything they do if it is not positive. Terrible way to run a business. What could have been an opportunity for growth, is going to be its downfall. Take your beloved pets to another establishment, they will not be treated with the care and love they deserve here.

This is the second time that i have brought my dogs, who are maltipoos to this place and I’ll assure you it will be my last. My dogs were dropped off Tuesday morning 6/25/24 by my sister and picked up by her as well. When I got home that night from work I noticed that my dog’s nose was red and he kept rubbing his bottom on my lap and on the couch. At the moment I didn’t think twice about it until later in the evening he kept scratching himself, but he slept fine throughout the night. The following day he wouldn’t stop itching himself and it got so bad to the point where both my sister and mom were calling me telling me to leave work early cause my dog has been crying and itching himself since I left. The moment I got home I realized how serious the situation was as he wouldn’t stop panting, crying, shaking and itching himself. This lasted all night until 2am where I debated whether or not I should take him to the hospital, which I called and the vet told me to give him half a capsule of benadryl and if the symptoms persisted to take him to his vet. My dog had only slept an hour that whole night as he was in pure agony. My sister took him to the vet the next day, 6/27/2024. They gave him 2ml of Dexamethasone to help with the allergic reaction. They also ran blood work and gave him 14 tablets of Clavamox. It’s been 6 days and my poor baby is terrified and clearly traumatized. He hasn’t greeted me or anyone else at the door since Tuesday night. He hasn’t left my room since Tuesday night either. He won’t even go to his food bowl, water bowl or the potty. He can’t even be left alone because he starts to cry. I would pick him up and take him to the living room with me and he immediately runs to my room. The first three days he wouldn’t even use the potty because he was in so much pain. I called the other day, 6/29/2024, only to get yelled at by a lady saying that my dog got in a fight with my other dog when they are brothers and came from the same litter. Neither one of my dogs are aggressive. My dog would not cause this severe of an allergic reaction and trauma to his brother. Seeing my dog this miserable pains me. He isn’t his happy and cheerful self anymore since Tuesday. Looking from other reviews you are so quick to place the blame on something else and to come up with excuses to not take accountability. You want to yell at me over the phone and say that I said my dog was bleeding when that wasn’t true. I said my dog was clearly cut and scraped as you can see in these pictures. Take accountability for your actions before you make up excuses that clearly make no sense.

I was NOT happy with my experience here. this was my second time with this business. i had no intention of coming back here cause one they are rude and don’t seem to care for peoples time. But this second time will be my last. my 2 year old Shih Tzu came back home with a big cut very close to both eyes. it’s swollen and red and she doesn’t wanna be held. i am speaking up to warn other pet owners to not bring there pets here!!!
