Great experience with the store. Love to support a traditional piano shop with so much history. Staff cares for the customer, are kinda and are here for the long game.

I’ve been working with Beethoven Pianos for many years, and Robert has always taken exceptional care of my 1948 Knabe. His professionalism and attention to detail have kept my piano in beautiful shape, and I’ve always been very happy with his service. More recently, I had the chance to work with Max on a different piano, and I had such a great experience as well. He was incredibly friendly and professional, communicated everything super clearly, and even corrected the brightness of a few scales that weren’t sounding harmonically aligned with the rest of the keys. The difference is amazing — the instrument feels balanced and alive again. Very grateful for both Robert and Max. Highly recommend!
